„Värk“ “Värk” is one of the best words in the Estonian language. It can mean almost anything — and somehow exactly what is needed.
Teele believes that a drink is never just a liquid
As a psychologist, she knows that what we eat, drink and do every day can influence how we feel.
She is interested in science, the gut–brain axis and the way small everyday choices can shape our lives.
At Sudwärk, she helps keep the focus on creating a functional drink that is thoughtfully designed and fits into real life.

Toni is a German, who has found his second home in Estonia
As a brewmaster, he knows that a good drink is built on patience and respect for the process.
He is frustrated by how loud, sweet and colourful the drinks industry has become.
That is why he wants to show that a well-brewed drink can have a clear purpose, a character of its own and still be completely alcohol-free.
