Sudwark.ee\/en is an online shop selling products manufactured by Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc.<\/p>\n

All prices displayed in the online shop are stated in euros (\u20ac) and include value-added tax unless indicated otherwise.<\/p>\n

Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc reserves the right to change the prices, product range and terms of purchase displayed in the online shop. Any changes take effect when they are published on the website.<\/p>\n

The prices and terms in effect at the time the order is placed apply to the transaction.<\/p>\n

1. Prices<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   All product prices are stated in euros.<\/p>\n

   Delivery charges may be added to the product price. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed in the shopping basket before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n

   The online shop reserves the right to cancel an order if the price of a product has been displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical error.<\/p>\n

   1. Placing an order<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To place an order, select the desired products and add them to the shopping basket.<\/p>\n

      You may change product quantities or remove products from the basket before confirming the order.<\/p>\n

      To complete the order, you must enter the required information, select a delivery method and pay for the order.<\/p>\n

      The order is considered submitted and binding once the customer confirms it by clicking the relevant confirmation button.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      After the order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email.<\/p>\n

      Should an ordered product be unavailable for delivery, Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc will notify the customer and, where applicable, refund the amount paid.<\/p>\n

      1. Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         Orders can be paid for using secure payment solutions, such as Montonio or other payment gateways available in the online shop.<\/p>\n

         Payment is processed in the secure environment of the relevant payment service provider.<\/p>\n

         Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc does not have access to the customer\u2019s bank account or payment card details.<\/p>\n

         An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.<\/p>\n

         1. Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Orders are delivered using the delivery method selected by the customer.<\/p>\n

            Delivery partners may include parcel locker operators and courier service providers.<\/p>\n

            The available delivery methods and applicable delivery charges will be displayed in the shopping basket before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n

            Orders are usually handed over to the delivery provider within a few working days after payment has been received.<\/p>\n

            Delivery times depend on the selected delivery method and the delivery service provider.<\/p>\n

            Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc is not responsible for a failed delivery where the customer has provided an incorrect address, postcode or contact information.<\/p>\n

            Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc is also not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider or by other circumstances beyond the company\u2019s control.<\/p>\n

            1. Right of withdrawal and returns<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

               The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.\nThe customer must notify Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc of the withdrawal in a format that can be reproduced in writing, for example by email to info@sudwark.ee.<\/p>\n

               Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc will confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice by email.<\/p>\n

               The customer must return the product no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n

               The withdrawal period begins on the day when the customer, or a third party nominated by the customer who is not the carrier, receives the goods.\nWhere an order is delivered in several separate shipments, the withdrawal period begins when the final shipment is received.<\/p>\n

               When the customer withdraws from the purchase, Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back.<\/p>\n

               Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned.<\/p>\n

               A returned product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. It must include all products and items originally contained in the package.<\/p>\n

               Where a product is sold as a set, such as a multipack of cans, the returned package must contain all products included in the original set.<\/p>\n

               For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

               The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the product is damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered.<\/p>\n

               All returned products remain the customer\u2019s responsibility until they have reached the Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc warehouse.\nPlease ensure that returned goods are packaged securely and protected against damage during transport.<\/p>\n

               1. Damaged or defective goods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Should the customer receive a damaged or defective product, they must notify Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc as soon as possible by sending an email to info@sudwark.ee.<\/p>\n

                  Where possible, please include photographs showing the damage or problem.<\/p>\n

                  Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacing the product or issuing a refund.<\/p>\n

                  1. Submitting a complaint<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                     Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc is responsible for any lack of conformity or defect in goods sold to the customer that existed at the time the goods were delivered.<\/p>\n

                     Should a defect become apparent, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product.<\/p>\n

                     Complaints must be submitted by email to info@sudwark.ee.<\/p>\n

                     1. Dispute resolution<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        Should the customer have any complaints concerning the online shop, they should be sent by email to info@sudwark.ee.<\/p>\n

                        Where the customer and Sudw\u00e4rk O\u00dc are unable to resolve the matter by agreement, the customer has the right to refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee.<\/p>\n

                        The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorised to resolve disputes arising from contracts between consumers and traders.<\/p>\n

                        The Committee reviews consumer complaints free of charge.<\/p>\n

                        Where either party disagrees with the decision of the Consumer Disputes Committee, they have the right to take the matter to court.<\/p>\n
